One pupil is more dilated than the other?!
Question: One pupil is more dilated than the other?
They both react to light. I went to the ER because I also had a headache that was right behind the more dilated eye and also some pressure in my eyes. The ER did a cat scan and said everything was perfect. I am still a little freaked. They said it was a migraine.
Well today I had to take my kids to the dr and while I was driving I don't want to say I got lightheaded or had double vision, but things sorta looked weird. I can't really explain it. I pulled over for a second and was okay but I am freaked that something is wrong with my brain or my eyes. I have a pain behind the other eye today, not a bad pain just sort of a feeling. Anyone ever experience something like this? Would a cat scan detect anything?

Go to an eye doctor, an opthamologist. (Not the kind that sells you glasses, that's an optometrist.) I think it is the migraine, in that when I have migraines everything looks . . . off to me. Not doubled or fuzzy, just weird. Still, why play around with your vision?
Sounds like a migraine.
