Question: My chest aches. What is this?
Ever since yesterday, my chest has been aching. It's right down the middle..between my breasts. I can especially feel it when I take deep breaths or move a lot.
It's just this aching feeling, almost a soreness. I'm not sure what it's from.
Any ideas?

Nine times out of ten, it's muscle pains. But if it persists, check with your doctor.
It could be blocked arteries in your heart. What have you been eating? Knock off the ghetto food for a while (McDonalds, Burger King, KFC) and see if the chest pains subside.
