Answers:

There are places online known as ROP's, or Records Only Pharmacies. You will need to have medical records verifying your medical condition that is causing you chronic pain, as well as records indicating that you have had a physical within the last year. A lot of times, having an MRI report, CT report, blood work, etc will help you.

You will be asked to fill out an online questionnaire that pinpoints your medical background. Once you have submitted that form, you will fax or email in your medical records, along with a copy of some form of identification. The company will then contact you (as long as your records/etc are up to standard), and they will set up a phone appointment for you with a doctor or PA. The doc will call at the scheduled time, go over your medical condition, and (generally) prescribe the medication you have requested. It is best to have medical records that show you have actually been prescribed that medication before.

A good site to try is www.drugbuyers.com It is an online forum that will help you out, and it has a TON of sites. Try checking the USA open forum subject, as that will have a LOT of threads with good information.

Be warned, this can get *very* costly. I've been doing the online medicine thing for many years now (since 2000), and have seen prices skyrocket. Always make sure to go with a company that will ask for medical records and proper ID. This can, and does work, but you have to be smart and informed when it comes to this. Do your homework on it.

They will have you do a consult, and from that consult you will usually get 3 refills, of a 90 count of your med (But, again, it depends on your medical records and your condition and such). They will charge you one time for the consult, then each time you get your medicine they will charge for that, as well as for a shipping fee.

Oh - and another thing: They will Not prescribe Schedule II medications. The most you can expect would be hydrocodone, in its various dosages. There are some companies that do compounding, and you can get 15mg doses of hydrocodone. Again, do your homework with this.
