What is this pain in my jaw from?!

Question: What is this pain in my jaw from?
So a few days ago my right side of my jaw would pop alot when I ate which was only a little pain but that soon progressed into pain so bad i couldn`t chew on my right side but the popping went away. Now my jaw and even ears hurt when i chew and the widest my jaw will open is probably a lil more than an inch. I looked up tmj but I`m pretty sure i dont grind my teeth. What could this be and how can I fix it??

Hi Taylor. You are definitely having a problem with your TM Joint (TMJ). It sounds like a spasm of the Lateral Pterygoid muscle that guides the movement of the intra-articular disc that moves with the jaw joint as you open and close your jaw.

If your family Chiropractor has expertise in treating disorders of the TM Joint, he/she may be able to help you.

Best wishes and good luck.

The location you mentioned is probably the lower jaw of the lymph nodes, or do you take account of chronic pharyngitis due to chronic inflammation caused by! ! Especially when you re-pharyngitis, particularly obvious! If so, try some anti-inflammatory drugs with stomatitis and Qing general medicine and the like will be good! !
Chronic pharyngitis is not a serious illness, but it is difficult to cure, usually pay more attention to lifestyle, to minimize the stimulation of alcohol and tobacco, do not worry get angry! ! Will slowly reduce it!
I wish a speedy recovery

You don't need to grind your teeth to have TMJ.
