Question: Lump below shin? Very sore?
I noticed it today, it is on the side of my shin but all the way down, above my ankle bone
It isn't that big but it is big enough to feel the difference from the other leg
It is really sore even when I'm not touching it and if i just run my hand over it lightly it hurts really bad
What is it?

It could be a bite of some sort (insect), or a blood clot. If it's a blood clot, DON'T rub it, and you should see your doctor ASAP! Is it warm to touch?Swollen around the bump? Sign of blood clot.

It could just be a nasty bruise. It could also be any number of things. Try icing it and see if that helps. If it gets worse I would suggest seeing a doctor asap.
