the above answer happens to be false. a 5mg oxy is equal to a 7.5 hydro...so considering your situation. you are looking at about the same thing, percocet of course is a stronger opiate and would prob work a little better.. but many people put it soooo far above hydro.
Percocet is always stronger than Norco regardless of the number of milligrams. Percocet contains Oxycodone which is stronger than the active ingredient in Norco which is Hydrocodone. Percocet is a lot stronger than Norco.
