ok ive had this splitting headache ALLDAY and it feels like i can drive a screwdriver to the side of my head and itll fell better , its on the right temple area trying different things nothings working yet!! please help...in tears

ease your pain. Your sinuses could also be full so take an antihistamine/decongestant. If you are not
feeling any better soon then get to the hospital and find out why your head is pounding. Hope you are feeling better soon.
