Why does my arm hurt?!

Why does my arm hurt?
it kind of feels like someone is trying to break my forearm in half or somewhat like a charley horse.
My left arm was hurting like this yesterday but now it's my right arm. What's causing this?
Answers:
I am pretty sure that it is caused by stress. That has happened to me before. Relax! If the pain persists, than I would contact my doctor.
