Question: Hey, question i that i keep on braking bones. first was my wrist then my nose, completely shattered my arm.?
now i have 1 pin and a plate in it. a tail bone fingers and toes,and another wrist. what should i do to not keep braking my bones. my dr. says i dont have bone problems.

If you don't have any bone problems, then that probably means that you are either clumsy or you like doing adventurous, dangerous things. Either way: exercise a lot, and take dancing or some kind of class that improves coordination. Exercise will increase bone strength as your muscles increase in strength, and the coordination will make you less clumsy.
