Should I be worried about this back/neck stiffness?!


Question: Should I be worried about this back/neck stiffness?
I am sore from track practice but I would think my legs would be sore not my back and neck its just stiff and is hard to move, how can I get rid of this?

Answers:

Try standing under a shower and let the hot water loosen the muscles. Shrugging your shoulders while you are under there will help too
