Nighmare and Bed Shaking?!

Question: Nighmare and Bed Shaking?
I never really have had a nightmares that have scared me before like the one I had a few nights ago. The dream was like this... I was laying in bed asleep (like I actualy was) and I heard my bedroom door open and it woke me up so I remember laying there in fear watching the door and all the sudden this black shadow jumped right at me and at that point I really woke up to my bed violently shaking and I remember having to tell myself to lay still for a minute so it would stop.. I actualy woke up with a pain in my neck that I had for the next 2 or 3 days. Now I have never had a dream this bad or this scary and it really scared me cause not only am I 100% positive the bed was shaking really bad and I couldn't have been able to shake it as bad as it was shaking.. Has anyone ever had or heard of this.. Im really creeped out and don't know why I would have such a terrifying dream out of nowhere .

Yeah ive had creepy dreams that feel real, or like in my room. Not hte black shadow, but I have felt my bed shaking a couple of times. It creeped me out, cuz it reminded me of this scary movie.... but just remember, our brains are very powerful, and they can sometimes think up crazzy stuff! I have random scary dreams, and not even after i watch creepy movies!

stop doing drugs

Yeah, I know what it is, or who it is. Remember they live in every house, they are hosts or like owners of the house. Try to be friendly with them. When I moved in to this old house, I experienced like this a few weeks. Then someone suggested me to leave for them sweets, chocolates or milk everynight on the kitchen table. Try talk to him, and ask him not to scare you. I did the same. I could be sleeping and hear someone's foot steps in the kitchen. Then when the door began opening I could wake up and wait who was there. It happens. Now I have very sweet dreams, we just became friends. And remember, always wash the dishes for night. He/she likes clean housess. Good luck.

Then you might be experiencing a haunting by shadow people. I"m not saying that's what your up against it might just be a really bad dream and that you were scared. but generally if your attacked and harmed by something then it's what I said before. shadow people are generally described as being that of a giant black mass so what you may have dream you might actually have seen. I'm not sure I wasn't there but my best bet would be to call out a paranormal investigative team like TAPS from ghost hunters in order to be sure. Something I would do regardless.
