Weird muscle spasm beneath my left ribs?!
Question: Weird muscle spasm beneath my left ribs?
I'm 17 years old and in decent shape 5'8" 124lbs and I though it might have been a hernia but I'm told that those hurt alot. This doesn't hurt it's just extremley annoying and nothing I can do will make it stop.
I don't think it has to do with being out of shape or anything because I usually exercise a couple days a week, but I haven't ran or done much exercising the last few days. I twisted my ankle and didn't want to aggravate it (and laziness) so I didn't exercise.
Can anyone explain this? I don't know what it is at all.
Answers:
It happens when your muscles are responding to a build-up of lactic acid. It causes a twitching sensation, almost feels like someone is tapping on you. It's completely normal.
i get that too!!! but i just ignore it
Hello, My name is Tony and i gratuated from the internation scampi institute of roma burgers. I will be looking foward to your question. Although it is illegal, you can get it from eating the scamponic theorem with universal gravitation revolver of trepod 3x glactic wave energy of systematic blown of roma burgers. To make this work, you must revolve the centrpedalforce of revolving matter and transmit a phaslometic nugatron that will phlantate the universe. In simple words.
