Question: Need help with a night/morning routine?
Hi, I usually go to bed by 11:30 p.m.. I am in bed by 11:00 at most usually. I sleep with my tv on extremely low, the lowest setting, so I can here it slightly. With or without (usually without) an alarm, I wake up with plenty of time to get ready and get to school on time. The problem though, is that even though I am wide awake, I cannot get up. I mean, physically, I can get up and move around, but I just won't get up. Is there anything I can do to help myself get up? Will a better nights sleep help? I usually get about six hours. I am a fourteen year old female. Also, I am a vegan, if my diet sould have anything to do with this. Any ideas or tips? Thankyou in advance (:

im a fourteen year old (girl) too. I don't eat meat. i never actually "wake up" unless i get at least eight hours of sleep, that means im asleep by ten thirty and can wake up at six thirty. i think sleep is your problem. I don't think your diet is the issue unless you don't eat enough in general.
I think you should go to bed earlier because you are only 4 years older than me and I get 10 hours of sleep. Even when I only get 9 hours of sleep I am usually exhausted in the morning. Just try it.
