Question: Whats the best thing to take for muscle spasm's?
I have muscle spasm's in my back and around my stomach the doctor gave me some pain killers to take which are called solpadol which contains paracetamol. Is this the right tablets to take.

Paracetamol is an anti inflammatory medication, so it should help, but follow the dosing instructions. Personally, I would like for you to have a muscle relaxer. Here in the states, we have a good muscle relaxer called Skelaxin, which has always worked great for my muscle spasms. You may want to ask your doctor for a muscle relaxer.
