what do i do? i falled on my mommys tredmill!!!!?!

well...... i was making vids with my friend and brother and i got on my tredmill and i....i....i...i...i...i....i... am so embarassed to say that i...i....i..i..i...i..i..i...i...i....i.… so astonished that i...i....i....i.i....i..i...i..i....i...… i ..i..i...i... got on my tredmill and i..i....i....i.......i....i...i....i..i.… the machine on the highest it can go.........and i am not ....a profession runner!! and i...i...i....i....i.....i.....i.....i...… fell!!!!! but yeah i got on and i turned it on as hiiigghh as it can go and i fell and i hurted my elbow and my knee and it threw me all the way across the room!!! well it hurts pretty severely, and well i would very much appreciate it if you would tell me what to do cuz my momma said to put ices on it but it hurts really bad and where some people will break blood vessels, well i broke a vein!!............i think
