I'm dizzy when I get up. Any explanation?!

Question: I'm dizzy when I get up. Any explanation?
Usually in the mornings after I wake up, when I get out of bed, I'll stand up and get I guess what I'd say is "lightheaded" and see spots and things. I have to take a couple seconds for it to go away before I can walk anywhere. It happens sometimes, as well, even if I'm not waking up. If i was just laying down for a while. Is it nothing or normal sometimes with some people? Or could it be anything specific?

the blood is rushing to your head
its totally normal, just take your time when you stand up after sitting or lying down for a while

It is normal sometimes in people. It could be that your a little bit dehydrated when you wake up. It could also be that your getting up and standing up too fast, which can cause a head rush, which is the most likely cause of it.

It sounds like a head rush. Try getting up slower, if your like popping out of bed then that will definitely be it.

Happens to me all the time!
It's caused by standing up too fast, so all the blood rushes out of your head. Gravity.
All that stuff people are saying about being dehydrated or not getting enough air in your lungs...I'm not sure if it's true. I'm pretty sure it's just the blood leaving your head because you stood up too fast.
Just make sure you're careful when it happens.
This one time, I jumped out of bed really fast and ran into another room, and I got so dizzy and I blacked out and hit my face against a wall and got a bloody nose! hah. So when you feel like you're getting dizzy, just hold onto something to stabilize yourself for a few seconds.

It happens to all of us including me. When you are lying or sitting down the blood in your body adjusts to your position. Then when u stand up the blood in your head rushes down out of your head causing the dizziness and disoriented vision. Nothing to worry about just try standing up slower. Its mainly because you have low blood pressure like most of us. You can ear more salted foods if u want to increase your blood pressure if you want.

I'm pretty sure this is normal.
It happens to me all the time.
Probably some nerdy medical thing about blood flow and **** about the brain that normal people don't understand :) Haha

But no really. I don't think you have to worry. It happens to me every morning. It even happens to me if I'm awake and lying down then get up.

I had that a little while ago, it usually can be that you are not getting enough fresh air into your lungs. Do you tend to sleep longer than a usual human would sleep for or maybe shorter? This may be the reason. Try to take big deep breaths outside, and come back in, and have water. Hopefully, this would solve the problem.

Yes, if anybody suddenly or wake up or stand straight after lying there could be blood supply problem in the head. There could be some dis-proper nerve impulse movement or due to sub conscious mind early in the morning you might felt. Generally this can be normal but can also due to some weakness problems as well.

It's completely normal. It happens to me all the time. Mostly when I haven't eaten or have been laying down for awhile.

Low blood pressure, so it takes a short time for the heart to pump the blood to your brain after changing position. Lying down to standing up

i think it's normal, blood porably going up your head haha, not literelly

Getting up out of bed too fast.
-or-
High blood pressure
