Hi has anyone suffered with a trapped nerve in the neck a long with shoulder pain?

This is my forth week. What treatments work and how long for recovery-I am seeing a private osteopath doctor prescribed tramodil painkillers and anti-inflammatory tablets. Very painful

MENARINI POWER GEL, a relatively new rub which is anti-inflammatory, it definitely reduces the pain, but we had ours on prescription but do not know if you can buy it over the counter.
