Go ahead. You probably wont want those last moments of life anyway.
Since you have gotten your body used to the amount of caffeine you are consuming it depends on those two strong coffees to function. Now that you have made it a constant routine your body is used to it and needs it to function, my suggestion is to you that you should gradually, and i mean very slowly decrease your amount of coffee that you use in each cup and eventually you will reach your goal of a healthy amount.
Not directly reducing your LIFESPAN as such but it can cause issues for you later in life. Coffee is really bad for your teeth, so I don't even want to know how far from white your teeth are right now but it will eventually get you.
One day you will have to stop and when you do you will get withdrawal symptoms and feel like ****. You are dependant on coffee, that is bad.
In life you need to LIMIT the amount of things your dependant on.
No you're not killing yourself but you do have a very obvious caffeine addiction (seriously).
Try and cut down to maybe two cups a day.
If you can go without caffeine for a week or two you will suddenly find that you are a lot calmer, and more clear-headed, you will definitely sleep better and feel much healthier. Don't forget that caffeine is found in cola drinks etc as well, so leave those out too.
Personally I only drink milk, water or tea nowadays. My health and mood really improved after ditching caffeine, honestly.
