Tips for aching muscles?
Hey,
I've recently joined the Army Cadet Force, which is brilliant.
But alot of hardwork is needed.
I normally ache in my thighs, legs and my shoulders, also (sorry if i spell this wrong) my Pecktoral muscle.
They just get so sore, the simple of things hurt, like open a door, or walk down stairs.
Can anyone reccomend me any remedies for these?
Apart from rest.

if its available to you, wrap ice bags on for 20 min. after your workouts.
