Pain around and near gorin area! Need diagnosis! PLZ help!!!?

i am a baseball player blessed with great speed. but recently almost out of no where after a gmae i started getting some pain near my groin are but not the actual groin. it doesnt hurt when i walk, jump, climb, stretch, etc. ONLY when i run! and it killing me beacuse i love to run and now i cant run full speed because of this! i could barely jog! its a sharp pain that is hard for me to locate exactly. but its usually around the area where my legs and gorin meet. around what would be a womens bikini line. its also sometimes around the area just above where my pubic hair ends, below my stomach. (no real pain in groin muscles) like i said i cant run no effectivly and i stretch before every game but it doesnt help and playoffs are in 2 weeks for me! can someone please tell me what i have or what you think i may have. hopefully its nothing serious! HELP!!

well sounds like you definatly pulled something down there, and it could be your groin even though its not in that specific area. my suggestion to you would to go see a sports medicine Dr. so that he can check you out and treat you as nessesary. You may need some professional Physical Therapy.
