I got elbowed pretty hard in the forehead - could I have a mild concussion?

I have a wicked headache ever since and my vision is a bit blurry. I guess one really can't do much about it afterward.

Answers:

The same thing once happened to my mom. She ended up in the hospital, there was only a 50/50 % survival. She pulled through, but the left side of her body doesn't work. My advice; GET IT CHECKED!!!
