I have a terrible headache...a fever of 100.1 and my neck is stiff...i am very tired too!...i didn't feel this way this morning it just started tonight!

sounds like you are coming down with a viral infection. take some Ib Profen (advil or motrin) and sleep. The Ib profen is an anti inflamitory and it will help with your neck. So just get lots of sleep if the pain in your neck starts hurting on the inside in your throat i would say you need to go to the doc and get swabbed for strep throat. So sleep and water are great remedies for a viral infection if thats what you have. you will just have to wait it out.
