I want to go to sleep but I cant any advice?!

I want to go to sleep but I cant any advice?

I want to sleep yesterday I got into bed at 11 pm ant fell asleep somewhere around 3 i want to wake up early but i always wake up late i tried counting sheep didnt work any advice?

The best way isn't to take meds.
You need to set the alarm and get up everyday at the same time... Eventually you will fall asleep at night. It make take getting used to.
I've had this problem over the years and what I did when I couldn't sleep was get up for half an hour. I might read, but I find just sitting in the dark or with the tv on mute makes me tired. It also stops my mind from spinning wheels which keeps me awake.
So I get up.
Some people force themselves to stay in bed even if it kills them.
The worst - is wanting to go to sleep and you can't. You keep yourself up trying to get to sleep or just wanting it so bad. So don't do this. Get up and sit for a while.
My first thoughts was the best though.
