Hi i fell over last night and hit my arm on the kerbside.?

i went to hospital with a sore bruised arm and had a xray nothing could be found. however it really hurts when i move it if i lye in bed and keep still it doesnt hurt but it does after i start moving it. it is on my fore arm any suggestions. all i got given was a tubergrip.

well see if its better in a few days, you might have green stick fractured it, sometimes they dont actually show up on xrays (gree stick fractures) its when one side of the bone bends and the other side cracks like when you bend a green stick, hence the name, go back if its causeing you trouble, alot of the time they dont turn up on the first x ray but a few weeks later they do cuz yourve been moving it around.

Maybe put it in a sling for now?
