Okay, so im about 10lbs. close to being underweight and i need to gain weight for flag-football.
Tired of getting bumped all over the place!

If you need to gain weight, do it the same way the rest of us try to lose weight. The healthy way. So don't eat a bunch of junk food and high fat stuff. Try adding foods dense in nutrition and calories to your regular diet. Maybe a peanut butter sandwich for an afternoon snack, not some chips. Drink full fat milk, not 2% or 1%. Yogurt and cheese with whole grain crackers make a nice morning snack. Carry cereal bars in your bag so you can eat a snack while waiting for the bus, etc. Drink juice instead of soda. Good luck.
