I worked night shifts forever.....help me!!?
I cant get my sleeping pattern back of falling asleep early. What can i do?
Answers:
Set a time of which you want to go to bed.
Count 20- 30 minutes before that.
Relax. Have a beverage (such as tea, juice, with a dash of alcohol, or even warm milk with a dash of nutmeg). Watch TV, read a mellow book, or listen to some music. Do anything that relaxes you, during that time, and then when the time comes, lie in your bed, and think of something to make you relax and calm your body.
Do this as many nights as you can, so that your body can adjust to it. Before you know it your sleeping pattern will be back on track.
