ive never done this before and i know that inside its really bad since im hurting myself. But i feel like thats the only way i can feel better. i really need advice in what to do.

when you start to feel angry you repeat to yourself that you dont deserve to hurt yourself and that you are not going to scratch yourself. You keep repeating it to yourself, and see if there is something less harmful and more productive that you can find to do instead, such as writing what you are feeling down on a piece of paper until you feel better. Also, I would suggest going to see a therapist or psychiatrist because you are right, it is not good to be hurting yourself.
