Answers:
I stop talking/thinking about stressful things. Sometimes I write down some things I need to do the next day. I might watch a litttle TV and check the weather report (not CNN or anything stressful). I might have a cup of tea and a light snack. Brush my teeth and get comfortable. That's it!
