does anyone know any good remedies, teas, etc. for getting a restful night of sleep?
Answers:
take a lavender infused bubble bath by candle light, settle down with a good book or magazine with the tv off and relax, and drink a nice hot cup of chamomile tea. works for me every time! :] sometimes yoga helps too. relaxing yoga for night time, not something that will hype you up. its all about clearing your mind before you sleep.
