If I stretched before I started to work out, will this protect me from getting leg cramps......?
...........like the one I got at 3am in the morning from stretching my legs.......(the wake up stretch)
Answers:
stretching will definetly protect you from pulling any muscles and prevent cramps. the thing a lot of people don't do i stretch long enough it. stretch for at LEAST 5 whole minutes for every muscle you wanna stretch. and maek sure you stretch slowly, so you dont pull a muscle from stretching! lol. its also important that you don't overtrain when you work out and take proper breaks and let your muscles heal between workouts. hope this helps out ^_^
