Im a 44 yom and i have severe hip pain and leg pain feels like its the bone?
i got pain in my hips and in my legs (both) it gets so severe that i cant walk and and it herts so bad i cry and im no stranger to pain i do"nt know what to do iv went to the doc and they took xrays and found nothing does any one know what it could b and how do i get relief from the pain i take fentinal and other pain meds but no relief some one please help

Go back to the doctor and ask them to do a blood test and specifically test for HLA-B27 gene. This disease often gets misdiagnosed or goes undiagnosed for years, because the symptoms mimic so many other disorders of the hips or spine. My husband suffered nearly 2 years with pains like you are describing and nothing could be found on xrays.
