ye must teste yeself to the max, pick up iron bars with heavy wheels on them day in and day out untill ye bloodvessels want to litterally explode from ye arms amigo and eat like a pig and run constantly for 3 miles a day and eat heavy meals and do sit ups 80 pshups 20 and pull ups 20 and do this everyday,,,,, eat multi vitamins and heavy milk shakes,,,never rest,,,work work. and then read my blog
