Is midol an asprin?
I ask this because I'm having a major surgery next week, but I cannot take asprin (except for tylenol) But I am having really bad cramps and the only way it helps is if I take midol.. please help, thanks

The ladies who answered are correct....no aspirin. In the future to save yourself some time and suffering simply read the box or container holding the medicine and it will provide you a list of all the ingredients.
