I got my period and im having like really bad body aches and i feel tired! What can i do to make my body aches and cramps go away? Whats better, tylonol or advil? heating pad? hot shower? what should i do! people...gimme your remedies!

MOTRIN!!!!!!!!! ugh i get the worst of cramps sometimes, so bad it makes me cry, mydol, tylonal, adivl does not do **** for me,but i dont know about for you...... but try motrin, it works wonders for me ... its my happy pill haha
