I have badly bruised my hand,is it possible i have bruised the bone,and how long should i rest it for.?
Forget the doctors,how long do you think i should avoid using it for,as i cannot clench my fist or put any real pressure on it.
the area between my hand and wrist on the little finger side is badly bruised.
