its been 2 days since i sprained it and i want to get back on by foot by sunday to play baseball at this point i still cant stand on the injured foot. its still pretty swollen so are ther streches or exercises to heal faster or anything else i can do

No. What has happened is that you've stretched and possibly torn the ligaments in your ankle. Stretching it more won't help. You're going to have to keep it wrapped and on ice and elevated. You might be able to walk on it by Sunday, but it's unlikely you'll be able to play baseball. Sorry.
