I've recently started finding it very difficult to wake up and get out of bed is there any tips to help me?
A few months ago I could wake up naturally in the morning now im having a nightmare of a time getting up and its making me late, what can I do?

Are you going to bed later than normal? if so then obviously thats it.
if not you could be stressed?
one way that should help you wake up a little better is to keep a fresh glass of water by your bed every night and when you wake up drink some of it. it should rehydrate you and wake you up.
