Hold that arm in front of you and with your other hand find the pain and follow it up towards your elbow. When you find the edge of the pain press onto that area tight and hold. Now relax your body by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. After 30 seconds, slowly straighten your arm out in front of you while maintaining the pressure. Once it's fully straight you can release the pressure but continue holding your arm straight for another 20 seconds. If successful the pain will be gone.
it is natural to become sore after working out because you tear your muscles and then they must rebuild so then you get more muscle.
