Can anyone tell me why i feel like this??
this may sound stupid but i feel unwell all the time, im tired i cant keep awake,im hungry but i feel sick, im thirsty, im weeing tons, my body feels like a dead weight keep going dizzy and getting out of breath, im moody because i dont feel well, im getting pains in my head and i just cant be arsed.
Ive been tested for diabites and its fine im 110% im not pregnant so im really stuck im not over weight i eat fruit and veg etc i exercise and i have a disabled child to look after and im getting to the point i dont feel well enough to look after him alday i know i should go back to the doctor but i feel like he does not believe me, i feel like im floating on a cloud all the time oh i dont smoke or drink either

Have you had your blood count taken, you could be anaemic.
Breathlessness, headaches and moodiness can be a sign, ask your doctor for iron tablets.
