How do you make your arm muscle swell up?


Answers:

You must do anaerobic exercises that "tear down" muscle fibers... (hence, the term, "ripped"). Weight lifting is one way to do this. You know this has been accomplished when lactic acid causes water to diffuse into the tissue, causing soreness that most would call lactic acid build-up. (it's actually the water that has built up). Do not do this every day. Only do it as often as every-other day, so that your muscle has time to build in between workouts. Aerobic excersises will cause a more toned muscle (one that always looks contracted, but not bulky). Best wishes!
