Orthotic Alternative?!

Orthotic Alternative?
I have had orthotics for a couple years now because of my feet are completely flat. I have to take them out to play sports because even though its not to have them it hurts worse to run with them in my shoes. I can't even walk a long distance or quickley with them. Is their an alternative?
