Question: How do you fall sleep when you're not tired?

You have got yourself into a bad habit which is easy to do. You are probably a person who does'nt need alot of sleep. I have two suggestions for you. One is just try going to sleep 1/2 earlier than normal. When you are ok with than, then try another 1/2 hr and keep doing that until you are able to go to sleep at a more reasonable time. The second suggestion is not to do anything that is stimulating after 11 at the latest. Do relaxing activities and that should help. And one last tip, makes sure you get outside in the fresh air during the day, don't sit inside doing nothing. Good luck.

Try doing YouTube videos when you can't sleep. Talk about things that comes through your mind while tossing and turning. Maybe talking a lot can help you fall asleep easier.

or u can try excersisng during the day. that way u would end ip being tired at night
