Is bad to work out when tired?!
Question: Is bad to work out when tired?
Last night I couldn't sleep for **** and ended up going to sleep at 12:30am I tried to sleep at 8pm but just couldn't.... I ended up waking up at 4am and I'm really tired but I still feel like going.... Is it bad to workout while tired should I get some more rest or should I just go ahead and leave to the gym?

You can still work out when you are tired, I don't think it's bad for you and working out will probably make you feel more awake after.
