you mean bilberry?
"too much" of anything is not a great idea. bilberry is supposed to contain antioxidants that are therorized to "help" with maintaining good eyesight, although there is no clinical proof that i'm aware of that it actually does have that effect.
but as far as i know no one has specifically studied what happens when "too much" is ingested. and how much bilberry is "too much?", anyway? who knows?
