my font for aim is yellow should i keep it? does it damage eyes

No... A color cannot damage your eyes at all! I know sometimes bright colors are hard to look at but they do not actually cause any damage to your eyes! If you are not comfortable looking at it, then change it... otherwise do not worry about it!!!! :)
