hi..iam going to be 16 years in 2 months,,i have a scar around my eyes,its brown in color,and its permenant and i had it when u was very young..its around my eyes and in my eye brows..should i make a laser surgery or it may cause me blindness and not able to stand in the sun?and do u know what is the cost of it??and if u know a specialist in toronto,canada?plz i want an expert answer
