There is no age limit for contact lenses, in special cases even children can be fit with contact lenses.
The deciding factor would be are you responsible enough to abide by the proper wear and care of contact lenses? Also do you practice good hygiene? It is very important when you wear contact lenses to always clean, disinfect and store them in a clean case with fresh solution after every time you wear them. Also always wash your hands thoroughly with a mild soap and dry them completely before you even think about touching your eyes or contacts. You also have to make sure you wear them for how long it is recommended to wear them. Over wearing contacts could result in damage to your eyes and leaves you more susceptible to an eye infection
If you think you are ready and responsible enough to care for the contacts and wear them appropriately then go for it :)
Just make an appointment with your eye doctor for a contact lens fitting :) They will fit you for contacts, train you on how to care for them and put them in/out of your eyes and start you with trials to make sure they are working for you :)
