having large pupils and having itchy eyes are not really related.
large pupils is caused by innervation to the pupil dilator musculature. could be many causes...lack of light, certain medications, emotional responses, etc etc. as long as both pupils are the same size and react to light (constrict when bright light is shined on them) then you're fine there.
itchy eyes is the classic symptom of "ocular allergy". you would need to speak to a health care professional about what to do for it, preferably an optometrist.
