Can putting stickers near your eyes cause problems for your vision or cause a lazy eye?
i'm a gullible person so i jus want to know if this is true or not.
Answers:
Lazy eye (amblyopia) is caused by:
1. Visual deprivation from congenital cataracts etc..
2. Due to strabismus
3. Due to unequal refractive error (anisometropia)
Amblyopia can only be acquired before age 7!!
Also strabismus is oftenly confused with lazy eye because it may look similar since strabismus can cause lazy eye.......
Strabismus is defined as a condition in which the eyes deviate (turn) when looking at the object of regard! There are many causes of strabismus and you can acquire it at any stage of life.
Lazy Eye and Strabismus are NOT caused by putting stickers near your eyes :)
