My anatomy and physiology teacher said color is percieved using photorecetor cells in the back of the eye ( rods sensitive to black and white and cones sensitive to colors)
difference in the cones' chemistry may alter the perception of color. But why would there be a difference between the two eyes'cones? I honstly dont know... Any way this just a guess go see your doctor he may have an answer.

that is strange,but i'm not a doctor

By the picture, looks like you're a guy. Men are more likely to be color blind, see a doctor, but it's not an emergency.

I think you should see the eye doctor.

seems to me the effects of that joint are wearing off

color blind or a brain tumor

sounds like you may be color blind - you should go see an eye doctor....its not a visit that needs to be rushed, but just make an appointment to get checked out...
I have the same problem, but I am not a guy. I have corrective lense contacts that I wear and they help a little bit
